What we collect

When you book a visit we ask for your name, phone number, email address, pet details and the reason for your visit. In the clinic we keep medical records for every patient: examination notes, vaccination history, lab results and treatment plans. Our website also receives basic technical data such as pages viewed and device type, used only to keep the site fast and usable.

How we use it

Your details are used to confirm appointments, send reminders and follow-up calls, process payments and insurance paperwork, and maintain your pet’s medical history. We do not sell personal information, and we never share medical records with third parties except your insurer (with your consent) or another veterinary practice when you ask us to transfer care.

How long we keep it

Medical records are kept for seven years in line with veterinary record-keeping standards. Booking enquiries that never become visits are deleted after twelve months. You can request a copy of your records, or ask us to correct them, at any time by emailing hello@marrowbrookpet.com.

Cookies

This site uses a minimal set of cookies: one to remember interface preferences and privacy-respecting analytics that cannot identify you personally. There are no advertising trackers.
